What’s your return policy?

Since we make custom labels, we do not do returns unless there is a manufacturer error. We provide free samples, and we provide proofs for approval. Be sure to test the samples and approve all text and art on the proofs before you approve them. If for some reason, our production team makes an error, we stand by our product and will replace the order at no charge.


Do you ship oversees and to P.O. boxes?

Yes, we’ll ship your package anywhere that can accept deliveries.


What art files do you accept?

For the best results we request you send art files in one of the following formats:

  • Adobe Illustrator - OUTLINE ALL FONTS, save as a CS6 compatible .ai or .eps file, ensure all images are embedded (CMYK), ensure documents raster effects are 300 dpi, create a pdf/X-4 for proofing.
  • Adobe Indesign - OUTLINE ALL FONTS, save as a .indd or .idml file, ensure all needed files are included, ensure documents raster effects are 300 dpi, create a pdf/X-4 for proofing.
  • PDF Proof - OUTLINE ALL FONTS, ensure all images are embedded at 300 dpi, Remove/turn off security options, Export as a pdf/X-4.

Can we ship using our shipping account number?

Yes, we can use your UPS, or FedEx number for any of your small package shipments.
